Join us for a two-part storytelling workshop with Alchemy Art Center’s visiting

artist Kira Joy Williams. In this free workshop, you will become acquainted with

portrait photography and oral history interview skills, and have an opportunity to put

them to practice in a multimedia collage and storytelling exercise. You will combine the

two art forms to get to know members of the community on a deeper level. Participants

will collaborate to illustrate each other's stories, ultimately making a collective, artistic

record of the community's larger narrative.
