Parent and Child Art Collaboration

Ages: kids ages 3-5, plus parents!

Description: In this Parent and Child Art Collaboration, kids will make art in one of our studios and parents will make art in another!

This group is an opportunity for your child to be creative, get messy, and have fun making art at Alchemy, and it is also a place for parents to get some time to be artistic and to build community with other parents.

Projects will change each week and there will be a collaborative element to the work created. For example, kids might paint big sheets of paper in various colors one week, and parents might collage with that paper the next.

This class takes place in the three classroom spaces at Alchemy - the dome, the ceramics studio, and the print shop. The kids group will be led by two rotating Alchemy staff members, and the parents group will have one instructor.

Cost: $190-$250 sliding scale, plus additional tuition assistance available.
